Happy Earth Day! Today on The Transforming Anxiety Podcast, we're going to do something to honor sustainability, but from the perspective of you, your body, and your mind. We're talking about creating a sustainable life using the natural resources of YOU.
Think for a moment about the natural resources of the Earth: water, land, air, the biosphere (plants and animals), fossil fuels (coal and petroleum), rare earth metals, and ores (gold, silver, copper, iron, etc.).
Some of those resources are renewable: sunlight, air, wind, water.
Some of those resources are non-renewable: fossil fuels.
Now, let's think about human beings. What are our natural resources? And are they all renewable? (Spoiler alert: no, they're not!)
Join me for this episode of the podcast as we consider the natural resources of y.o.u. and how to create a truly sustainable life. One that feeds these resources and keeps them flowing in a healthy, nourishing, and plentiful way. And honors the non-renewable resources of human life and how to stay mindful of those resources in particular.
And let me hear from you! Comment below, send me an email, or connect with me on social media. I’d love to keep the conversation going with you, yes YOU, between episodes.
