Judgment

Do you ever struggle with judgment? This is one of the most common things I hear from clients, friends, (ahem) myself... I know I shouldn't say this, but did you SEE what she did?! Ugh, I can't believe it's almost spring break and I'm going to have to put on a swimsuit...LOOK at my thighs.

Do you ever struggle with judgment?

This is one of the most common things I hear from clients, friends, (ahem) myself...

  • I know I shouldn't say this, but did you SEE what she did?!

  • Ugh, I can't believe it's almost spring break and I'm going to have to put on a swimsuit...LOOK at my thighs.

  • They have absolutely no idea what they're doing.

And hey, judgment isn't all bad. We need to use our judgment (as discernment) to make decisions about what to eat, how to do our work, who to hang out with, and how to manage our lives. But, as you know, that's only one side of the judgment coin.

We're exploring judgment on this week's episode. We're going to look at judgment by considering:

  • Judging others

  • Judging yourself

  • Judging judgment

There's a lot to look at with this one. So much so that we're spending a whole month on it over in The Fierce Calm Project. If you've been curious about joining, this is a great month to dive in...

And let me hear from you! Comment below, send me an email, or connect with me on social media. I’d love to keep the conversation going with you, yes YOU, between episodes.
