And they're two sides of the same coin.
FOMO has us going all the time, trying to fit in, hustling for approval, and worrying about what could happen if we say "no" to anyone or anything.
JOMO is all about the joy that we miss out on when we fall for FOMO.
And the not-so-great cherry on top is that FOMO is one of the biggest anxiety-instigators out there.
