This week's episode of The Transforming Anxiety Podcast is an interesting journey: we're going to talk about supersizing, rivers, and perspective (I promise this all ties together).
Have you felt like the volume has been cranked up on *all the things* lately? The good stuff is amazing (pool parties! back to school! it's almost pumpkin spice season!!) and the rotton stuff feels intense (headlines... busier schedules... never-ending pandemic season... ).
Many of my clients are telling me that the highs are high and the lows feel low low low right now. And I get it. Me too.
So I wanted to talk this week about supersized anxiety and how we don't have to turn the volume up quite so high.
Meaning: we can choose to keep anxiety "right sized" instead of going overboard and supersizing every time it shows up.
So if this is what anxiety currently feels like for you, tune in this week to learn about right sizing anxiety instead of supersizing that experience.
