Self-Compassion to Ease Anxiety

I'm interested in all kinds of ways that I can care for my mental and emotional wellbeing. Because I don't know about you, but I've found that there's no *one thing* that eases feelings of anxiety and overwhelm every time.

I'm interested in all kinds of ways that I can care for my mental and emotional wellbeing. I don't know about you, but I've found that there's no *one thing* that eases feelings of anxiety and overwhelm every time; there's no *one thing* that helps move me towards calm and peace; there's no *one thing* that points me in the direction of my highest self.

It's more of a holistic, all-encompassing-lifestyle kind of approach to being the best version of myself.

That said, there are a few things in heavy rotation on this path: yoga, meditation, sleep, lots of water and tea, and self-compassion.

Self-compassion consistently helps. No matter what else I'm up to, if I can bring self-compassion along for the ride, things are bound to go smoother and I'm more likely to find that flow with life rather than finding myself at odds with the reality around me.

This week on The Transforming Anxiety Podcast we're talking about self-compassion. Specifically, self-compassion to ease anxiety.

I'm sharing 4 practices to help bring self-compassion to life (because, hey, it sounds good, but how the hell do I DO it?!). And there's a worksheet that goes along with this one, too! Grab your copy of the 4 Self-Compassion Practices to Ease Anxiety Worksheet by clicking here OR, if you're in The Fierce Calm Project, you can find this in the Podcast Vault under "Resources."

And let me hear from you! Comment below, send me an email, or connect with me on social media. I’d love to keep the conversation going with you, yes YOU, between episodes.
