We're doing something a little different this week on The Transforming Anxiety Podcast! I'm sharing a bit about where I'm at, in my personal journey and in my offerings for you, and then I'm inviting you to take a short seat with me for a sweet meditation backed up with music from the amazing DJ Sol Rising.
This week, we're making some Breathing Room together. Together, apart.
I've been on the path of self-discovery and growth for a long time. And I've been practicing and teaching yoga for a while as well. And I see an obvious place for me to up-level my own work...and I want to take you with me.
Mindfulness, for one.
And meditation, for another.
I've recently begun some new, incredible teacher training programs in yoga, philosophy, and meditation. And I'm very much looking forward to infusing my teachings with these new lessons.
See, I had the opportunity to return to a teacher after many years apart. And I was really inspired to see: she is 10 years deeper and richer than I last knew her. She is 10 years further into her own learning. She hasn't stagnated for a minute; she's not at all where I left her. And I was even more energized, seeing her teach from this place of further studentship.
It's what I promise to offer you. In all ways. I will keep walking this path, I will be a student first, I will keep seeking.
Come, meditate with me this week. Let me know what you think. Send me an email or DM me on social media...
And let me hear from you! Comment below, send me an email, or connect with me on social media. I’d love to keep the conversation going with you, yes YOU, between episodes.
