Survival of the Fittest

On this episode, we're going back to the basics a bit. What is anxiety? Why is anxiety a "feature" that humans have evolved into not only having, but keeping? We're going to look at anxiety through the concept of *survival of the fittest* today.

Sometimes, it's helpful to go back to the basics and remind yourself what's what. And that's exactly what we're doing this week on The Transforming Anxiety Podcast with the concept of: Survival of the Fittest.

Remember: anxiety is not a problem. The goal around here has *never* been getting rid of anxiety. And looking at anxiety through the lens of "survival of the fittest" is a good way to turn this whole thing from limitation into strength.

Because: what if you could view anxiety as a strength? Who would you be if anxiety was a superpower instead of a detriment? Really consider that question...

In this episode, I'm going to make the case that anxiety, and your tendency towards anxiety, is proof that you are a strong member of society. It's a good one.

I know this week is a little bonkers with the holidays and all, but there is still time to start transforming your experience of anxiety this year.
