Difficult People

Oh boy, difficult people. That's the topic of this week's podcast episode. I felt this was apropos heading into the holiday season, looking at the end of the year, and well, just in general. Am I right?

Are there difficult people in your life?

Yeah. We've all been there.

And since we're heading into the holidays, since we're finishing up 2019 soon, and since we looked at control freaks last week, I thought it was only apropos that we talked about difficult people on today's episode of The Transforming Anxiety Podcast.

I've divvied this episode up into 4 sections:

  • There are *no* difficult people

  • There are *always* difficult people

  • Difficult people are thoughts, not circumstances,

  • Believing someone is difficult affects you, not them

Plus I made a worksheet for you. Difficult people? Yeah, we're gonna need a guide for that. Click here to grab your Guide to Handling Difficult People.

This is pretty much only the tip of the iceberg with what we can work on where the difficult people are concerned. But it's a solid start. If you want to do more (let's!), then schedule a complementary mini-session with me and let's talk about the difficult people in your life. We will come up with a strategy to get you through the holidays...or work, your next PTA meeting, or heck, just a regular Tuesday.

And let me hear from you! Comment below, send me an email, or connect with me on social media. I’d love to keep the conversation going with you, yes YOU, between episodes.

Don’t forget to join me on Facebook live every Wednesday morning at 11am CST and come say “hi” over on Instagram
