But this week we're going to talk about the content, the focus, the *substance* of your thinking. Where does your mind go? What form do your thoughts take? When you zoom out and consider the bigger arc of your thinking mind, where does it typically go?
Now, this isn't about high quality or low quality thinking. It's not about good or bad thinking. I'm talking more about the makeup of your thoughts, the qualities your mind returns to.
