On the Floor

Well, this isn't the sexiest podcast episode, buuuut, what it lacks in glamour and happily-ever-after it makes up for in vulnerability, real-life anxiety, and legit: this is why I do this work. I have to remind my clients and students all. the. time.

Well, this isn't the sexiest podcast episode, buuuut, what it lacks in glamour and happily-ever-after it makes up for in vulnerability, real-life anxiety, and legit: this is why I do this work.

If you're curious, join me for this week's episode of The Transforming Anxiety Podcast where I'm sharing my most recent *on the floor* moment with you, and how I'm taking care of myself after the meltdown.

I have to remind my clients and students all. the. time. that the goal with this work is not to get rid of anxiety, never stress out again, and live a life free of overwhelm, worry, and self-doubt.

(That sounds good on paper, but in reality? It'd be pretty freakin' weird to just be HAPPY or GREAT or CHILL with everything that happens. I mean, have you looked around lately?!)

But while the goal has never been to eradicate anxiety from our lives entirely, we can learn to relate to it differently; we can have a completely different experience of anxiety when we feel anxious; and we can find calm around it.

Yup, you too.

Join me for this episode and then enroll in The Fierce Calm Project where we do THIS work together.

And let me hear from you! Comment below, text me (yup!), or connect with me on social media. I’d love to keep the conversation going with you, yes YOU, between episodes.

Join me on Facebook and come say “hi” over on Instagram

Text me at (816) 354-1279 and I’ll send mindfulness reminders, anxiety hacks, and little love notes your way from time-to-time…
