What’s that? It’s ONE YEAR of The Transforming Anxiety Podcast!
I sorta kinda can't believe it. But I'm also SUPER excited about it! That's a whole year of research, writing, and making heart-filled podcast episodes for you, all with the goal of helping you to completely transform your experience of anxiety.
I'm proud of this milestone. And I'm really grateful that you're here. Thank you... (Also, I'm just getting started. Promise.)
To celebrate, I'm doing a "best of" recap of the 1st year of the podcast. We're going to review what I think are the most key concepts we've covered up to this point. Things like:
The simplest and most effective coaching tool around
Habits - actions AND thoughts
Why exercise is so important (besides the obvious)
Buffering with anxiety
Doubling down with anxiety
I also made a Year 1 Podcast Guide that goes along with this episode. It's a one-stop-shop for the most impactful lessons so far. You can grab your guide by clicking here.
Imagine confetti and glitter *everywhere* when you listen to this week's episode.
But more importantly: imagine me high-fiving you. Big time. The fact that you're here, that you're listening to the podcast, that you're showing up for your own transformation? That's pretty awesome. The world needs more of the work that we're doing around here. And I commend you for showing up, week after week, and continuously committing to your own personal growth. That's a big deal.
And let me hear from you! Comment below, send me an email, or connect with me on social media. I’d love to keep the conversation going with you, yes YOU, between episodes.
Join me on Facebook and come say “hi” over on Instagram…
