Transforming Anxiety

Today on The Transforming Anxiety Podcast, we're talking about transforming anxiety...kinda meta. :) We're going back to the basics with 3 mindset practices: Thought inquiry Allowing feelings Challenging belief systems But in a reboot kind of way. We're going to look at thoughts, feelings, and beliefs from a new angle.

Most of us grew up thinking transformation would look easy, amazing, beautiful…

...but in my experience it's more like commitment, hard work, and relentless consistency.

In this week's episode of The Transforming Anxiety Podcast, we're talking about just that: Transforming Anxiety. With the start of 2020, almost a year of podcast episodes (!), and the launch of The Fierce Calm Project, I figured it was time to go back to the basics.

And this week is exactly that: a reboot of some of the foundational practices for truly creating transformation.

We're going to consider anxiety and transformation in 3 ways:

  • Thought inquiry

  • Allowing feelings

  • Challenging belief systems

This is the way to take the work we've done so far, to a different level. Plus, I made a guide for you that goes along with this episode! To really apply this and take the questions in this episode into your life, grab your downloadable guide and get started.

And let me hear from you! Comment below, send me an email, or connect with me on social media. I’d love to keep the conversation going with you, yes YOU, between episodes.
