When I say, “relationship,” what do you think of?
Your partner?
Your kids?
Your family and friends?
Maybe your co-workers and work and career…
Or a group or community you’re involved in, perhaps?
These are all great examples of really important relationships, support systems, and fun company to keep, but none of them are the most important in your life.
Spoiler: the most important relationship in your life is the relationship you have with yourself.
Have you considered that relationship?
How do you think about yourself? How do you feel about yourself? How do you talk to yourself? Do you trust yourself to have your own back?
Today, we’re really exploring how we put our relationship with ourselves on the back burner and why it’s important to bring that to priority #1.
