Welp, we've made it to November. Which means: everyone is gonna start talking about gratitude. βSo, ok, ok, I put together a gratitude episode for usβ. π
Ha, ok, it's not all bad. I roll my eyes at gratitude a *little bit* because it sounds so damn cheesy. We hear about it all. the. time. and it just sounds a wee bit too earnest for me to get overly serious about.
But in (yet again) researching for this episode and (yup, again) reading up on the benefits of gratitude, and (uh huh, again) digging in with the science backing this concept, turns out, there may be something to this.
(I know...duh. My saying gratitude works is kinda like my saying a Pulitzer-prize winning book is good. No one needs my sign off. But, there we go.)
