What is *your* lowest level? The part of you that's below ground, totally behind the scenes, holding everything up?
When you are on the path of transforming anxiety, cultivating healthy habits, living mindfully, and creating a sustainable life that fulfills you, it's tempting to skip to the most triggering, or most exciting, parts. To try and fix the juiciest and most attention-grabbing problems right away.
But we HAVE to start with the foundation. We have to fortify and solidify there first. Without a solid foundation, nothing else matter. With it? The sky's the limit.
