Happy (almost) New Year! 2022...and who the hell knows what this year will hold. I think most of us stopped guessing in early 2021 when it became pretty clear life was gonna be just as life-y as it wanted to be... π
And although we're certainly along for this ride (whether we like it or not) and it's obvious we don't have control over how things are gonna go *out there*, there's actually a decent amount of authority we all have in our lives when we turn our attention inside.
When we pay attention to how we approach this journey, what our minds are spinning about, and how we're feeling, we can show up with quite a sense of power over our lives.
One way to do that?
How we go about setting goals + supporting our daily routines and habits.
