It's that tiiiiiiime. And, as a coach, I'd be remiss if I *didn't* do something around goal-setting at the end of the year. I want to explore the difference between intentions and goals (because it's pretty important) and I want to help you take a look at 2021 and that shiny, new, fresh start in a way that feels supportive and nourishing...not chock-full of productivity, more to-do's, and a self-deprecating list of "things I haven't done yet but feel like I should have."

Because: bleh.
