The Before, In-Between, & After (Mental Health During COVID-19 Series #1)

In the coming weeks, I'm going to be focusing the podcast on Mental Health During the Coronavirus Pandemic. And in this first episode, we're looking at things before the pandemic, after the pandemic, and where we are right now: the in-between.

Now that we've completed The *How to Not Panic* Sessions on The Transforming Anxiety Podcast, we're moving into a new series together: Mental Health During COVID-19.

I'm keeping some aspects of my life Coronavirus-free and I hope that you're doing the same; but honestly, it feels irresponsible to NOT address this current moment in time on the podcast. So I'll be landing on the podcast feed every Wednesday (maybe more often!), loving on you with some different topics all around mental and emotional health.

This week, we're focusing on ​​The Before, In-Between, & After​. All across the world, we are well past the "before" part; we're all very much experiencing the Coronavirus. We're in the "in-between." And the "after" part is not here yet. We all trust that there is a light at the end of this tunnel, but it's still quite a ways down the tracks and we can't see it quite yet.
