This week I'm answering some of the most commonly coached problems I hear around anxiety...this is the first Anxiety FAQ episode!

This is the first (aka, more to come) FAQ episode on The Transforming Anxiety Podcast!

Here’s the deal: the daily minutiae of our lives may look very different, person to person. Our jobs, relationships, geography, families, and routine may vary by a lot. But when you really drill down to the root of stress and anxiety? Things are shockingly similar.

That’s why we’re going to do a FAQ episode from time to time. I’m going to answer some of the most common questions I get from clients and I’m going to share some of the most commonly coached problems I see in my work.

Today we’re tackling 3 FAQs -

  1. I don’t want to feel anxious

  2. I feel completely out of control when I’m anxious

  3. I can’t handle it
