See, overwhelm depends on being big and confusing. Overwhelm feeds on your getting distracted, trying to control things that aren't yours to control. Overwhelm loves all of this! But without these things? Well, overwhelm tends to dissipate into nothing without the fuel of confusion, distraction, and being too big to handle.
