One of the most common questions that I get is, “How can I feel better?” People seek out coaching because they want to feel better. I get it. It’s the same reason I got so fascinated by the world of coaching. How CAN we feel better?
I see a lot of people pushing against anxiety. They’re trying to resist it, avoid it, ignore it somehow. This may work in the short-term, but it’s not true freedom. When you live in reaction to anxiety, constantly on the defense, you’re never free. You’re enslaved to anxiety that way. Anxiety rules.
This week we’re exploring what true freedom looks like. In my personal experience and in the work I do with my clients, I have found a holistic system that fully addresses anxiety and paves the way to freedom.
This system is composed of the 3 Pillars to Freedom from Anxiety:
Mindset
Habits
Lifestyle
I created a 3 Pillars to Freedom from Anxiety cheatsheet for you. This cheatsheet gives a great overview to each element in this system so that you can see how they work together. Just like a 3-legged stool depends on each leg to carry its share of the load, no one pillar works in isolation. Click here to grab your cheatsheet and see how this all plays out…
This is the 1st episode in a 4-part series. For the coming 3 weeks, we are going to explore each pillar individually so that we can get into the all the juicy details.
