      As a fellow anxious person who used to walk into the office, have a panic attack and leave by 8am feeling like there was no way I could handle this, I finally realized that life just didn’t need to be this hard or, at least, I was on a mission to figure out a better way.

      I was convinced that part of my head space had to be free to think, live, and actually enjoy myself. It’s true!

      So I set out as an Anxiety Coach to help women unwind their anxiety. I started the Transforming Anxiety Podcast which supports thousands of people every week. And now, I’ve helped hundreds of clients who’ve transformed their lives, like…

      …a mom who finally sleeps through the night, an executive who steps away from work at 5pm without the interminable “one more email” mindset, and a college student who no longer asks for permission or validation to be herself.
